EleganceCab operates in full compliance with Transport for London (TfL) regulations and the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998.
All our vehicles are licensed by Transport for London as Private Hire Vehicles (PHV).
Our drivers hold valid Private Hire Driver's Licences issued by TfL and undergo regular DBS checks.
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage as required by London regulations including public liability and passenger insurance.
All vehicles undergo regular MOT tests and TfL compliance inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety standards.
Every EleganceCab driver is a licensed professional with a valid TfL Private Hire Driver's Licence.

All bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and proper scheduling.

Pricing is calculated based on hourly rates with minimum booking periods as specified during reservation.
Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before service: Full refund
Cancellations made 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service: No refund
Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled without penalty at our discretion.
Force majeure events (strikes, emergencies) will result in full refund or rescheduling options.
All vehicles carry comprehensive insurance including public liability coverage up to £10 million.
Passenger insurance covers all occupants during the hired journey as required by TfL regulations.
Personal belongings left in vehicles are not covered - passengers are responsible for their possessions.
EleganceCab's liability is limited to the value of the service provided except in cases of negligence.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of the incident with full documentation.
Passengers must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner during the service.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Damage to vehicles or harassment of drivers will result in immediate termination of service and additional charges.
Maximum occupancy limits must be respected for safety and legal compliance.
Special requirements (child seats, accessibility needs) must be specified at booking time.
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Customer information is collected solely for service provision and regulatory compliance.
Data is stored securely and shared only with drivers and payment processors as necessary.
Customers have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data upon request.
We retain booking records as required by TfL regulations for licensing compliance.
